I’ve had arthritis since I was a small child. It sucks.
Here is a list of things that have had varying amounts of success at treating the pain or relaxing locked muscles, improving general health and flexibility, or just plain curing my arthritis. They’re in order for how important they have been to my overall health, or to bringing me closer to my own personal cure.

- Exercise (mostly cardio)
- Social Interaction (talking to people helps)

- Sprouts
- Alfalfa
- Tea Tree oil
- Olive leaf
- Cooking Herbs (Thyme, Oregano, Rosemary, Parsley etc.)

There are many different things to consider for people that are dealing with arthritis. Arthritis can be caused by several different factors, such as:
